LogDrop Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the LogDrop website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based SaaS services available at https://logdrop.io.

By using the service, creating an account, starting a subscription, or integrating LogDrop APIs or SDKs into your application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Parties

"User" or "Customer" means the natural or legal person using LogDrop services.

2. Service Description

LogDrop is a cloud-based subscription service providing log management, error monitoring, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and observability features for mobile applications.

Customers may use the service to:

  • Collect, store, and analyze application logs
  • View crash and error records
  • Monitor performance, device, session, and event metrics
  • Manage projects through the API, SDK, and dashboard
  • Use the service within the limits of the selected subscription plan

LogDrop may update the service scope, features, technical limits, and subscription plans from time to time.

3. Account Creation and Use

To use LogDrop, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

  • Keep account information accurate
  • Protect passwords, API keys, tokens, and access credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify LogDrop immediately of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents
  • Have authority to bind the relevant legal entity if you create an account on behalf of a company

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

LogDrop is provided under a cloud-based subscription model. Paid plans are charged based on the selected package, usage limits, additional resource consumption, and applicable taxes.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers or other payment methods notified by LogDrop.
  • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up to date.
  • LogDrop may suspend or terminate access in case of failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or payment disputes.
  • Invoices are issued based on the billing information provided by the customer.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use LogDrop to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity
  • Perform unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing
  • Disrupt, overload, or impair LogDrop infrastructure, networks, or other users' accounts
  • Distribute malware, harmful code, botnet activity, spam, or fraud
  • Collect or process third-party personal data unlawfully
  • Send unnecessary special categories of personal data, payment card data, passwords, identity documents, health data, or similar sensitive information to logs
  • Publicly expose API keys, tokens, or authorization credentials
  • Infringe LogDrop intellectual property rights
  • Resell, sublicense, or use the service to build a competing service without authorization
  • Circumvent subscription limits or technical restrictions

6. Customer Data and Compliance

Customers are responsible for the lawful collection and transmission of logs, crash records, device data, user data, and performance data from their applications to LogDrop. Customers must:

  • Provide required notices to their end users
  • Obtain required consents or establish other legal bases
  • Avoid sending unnecessary or sensitive personal data to LogDrop
  • Configure retention, deletion, and access settings according to their needs

7. Service Availability

LogDrop aims to provide the service continuously and securely using commercially reasonable efforts. However, interruptions, delays, or access issues may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency security updates, infrastructure provider outages, internet or network issues, force majeure events, or customer-side integration errors.

8. Intellectual Property

The LogDrop brand, software, designs, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, documentation, trade secrets, and all related intellectual property rights belong to LogDrop or its licensors. Customers receive only a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to use the service during the subscription term.

9. Third-Party Services

LogDrop may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting, email, analytics, support, security, and similar purposes. Interruptions, changes, or terms of such third-party services may affect the LogDrop service.

10. Limitation of Liability

LogDrop provides the service "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogDrop:

  • Does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose
  • Is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of application data, systems, revenue, profits, reputation, or business
  • Is not responsible for the legality of data transmitted by customers to LogDrop
  • Is not liable for damages arising from incorrect integration, misconfiguration, API key exposure, or unauthorized user activity

LogDrop's total aggregate liability is limited to the service fees paid by the customer during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

Users may cancel their subscription through the dashboard or by contacting info@initialcode.io. LogDrop may suspend an account or terminate the agreement in case of breach of these Terms, failure to pay fees, prohibited use or security risk, unlawful data transmission, suspected fraud, or order from an authorized authority.

12. Changes

LogDrop may update these Terms from time to time. The current terms are published at https://logdrop.io. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For consumer transactions, competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts shall have jurisdiction. For commercial transactions, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

LogDrop Distance Service Sales Agreement

This Distance Service Sales Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding cloud-based SaaS subscription services purchased electronically under the LogDrop brand at https://logdrop.io.

1. Parties

1.1 Seller / Service Provider

1.2 Buyer / Customer

The Buyer is the natural or legal person who creates an account, purchases a subscription, or is identified in the order, account, or billing information.

2. Definitions

  • LogDrop: A SaaS platform providing log management, error monitoring, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and observability services for mobile applications.
  • Service: Subscription, dashboard, API, SDK, technical infrastructure, support, and related digital services provided electronically by LogDrop.
  • Subscription: Service access provided for a specific period, plan, limit, and fee.
  • Dashboard: The web interface where customers manage their account, projects, logs, and subscription settings.
  • Digital Service: A service delivered electronically without physical delivery and made available immediately or shortly after purchase.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the sale, delivery, payment, withdrawal, cancellation, and other rights and obligations regarding the Buyer's use of LogDrop's services under the selected subscription plan.

4. Main Characteristics of the Service

The main characteristics are specified on the checkout page, pricing page, quotation, or order form. These may include subscription period, user/project/application limits, log/event/crash/data volume limits, data retention period, API/SDK capabilities, support scope, free trial or campaign terms, and additional usage fees.

5. Pricing and Payment

The service fee is the amount shown for the subscription plan selected by the Buyer at checkout. Payment is made through third-party payment service providers. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are collected in advance on a periodic basis.

6. Delivery of the Service

LogDrop is a digital SaaS service that does not require physical delivery. Delivery is deemed completed by activation of the account, provision of dashboard access, provision of API keys/SDKs, or assignment of the subscription plan.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Service Exception

LogDrop is a digital SaaS service made available immediately. By completing the purchase and activation process, the Buyer requests that performance of the service begins and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited under statutory exceptions after service access is provided.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the LogDrop Refund Policy.

9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

9.1 LogDrop's Obligations

  • Provide the service in accordance with the selected subscription plan
  • Implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures
  • Manage payment and invoicing processes
  • Provide appropriate notices for scheduled maintenance and material changes
  • Process personal data in accordance with applicable law

9.2 Buyer's Obligations

  • Provide accurate account, payment, and billing information
  • Protect API keys, passwords, and access credentials
  • Use the service lawfully and in accordance with the Terms of Service
  • Establish required legal bases for data transmitted to LogDrop
  • Avoid sending unnecessary personal data or sensitive information to logs
  • Pay subscription fees on time

10. Service Availability and Maintenance

LogDrop aims to keep the service available using commercially reasonable efforts. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency security updates, infrastructure outages, network issues, force majeure, or customer-side technical issues.

11. Intellectual Property

The LogDrop brand, software, interfaces, APIs, SDKs, documentation, designs, and all related intellectual property rights belong to LogDrop or its licensors. The Buyer receives only a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to use the service during the subscription term.

12. Personal Data and Confidentiality

Processing of personal data is governed by the LogDrop Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice. The Buyer is responsible for the lawfulness of data transmitted from its applications to LogDrop.

13. Termination

LogDrop may suspend the service or terminate the agreement in case of non-payment, prohibited use, security risk, unlawful data transmission, misuse, or breach of contract.

14. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure outages, electricity or internet failures, public authority decisions, cyberattacks, and similar events beyond the reasonable control of the parties are considered force majeure.

15. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts shall have jurisdiction. For commercial transactions, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

16. Effectiveness

By placing an order electronically, making payment, creating an account, or starting to use the service, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
